The self adhesive cleats are pre-cut pieces of
the anti slip tapes that measure 150mm x 610mm, with rounded
corners. Being pre-cut they are ideal for quick application to
surfaces where an area of anti slip surface is required. The
conformable cleats are ideal for use on checker plate for
example, where the aluminium backing will conform to the ribbed
surface.
The bolt down, anti slip plates are ideal for
application in areas where anti slip tape/cleats or anti slip
paint is not suitable i.e constantly wet or loose surfaces. Anti
slip plates are manufactured specifically for these purposes,
with countersunk eyelets for easy application, and can be fitted
using screws, nails or clips. The standard bolt down plates are
available in an off the shelf size of 115mm x 635mm, but
dependent on order quantity they can be manufacture in different
sizes.
The plates are made from weatherproof
aluminium which will not tarnish in foul weather, with an anti
slip coating covering most of the top surface and finished with
rounded corners for a more aesthetic appearance, and can be
provided with a range of surface finishes with standard (60g)
surface, coarse (36g) surface and even Aqua-Safe, resilient and
coarse resilient textures.
