What information is being collected, and when?
When customers place an order they are entering into a contract with us, we collect their name, invoicing and delivery address, contact phone numbers and email addresses, which are added onto our client database. We store a record of all purchases. When we have been in contact with a prospect we will hold their information within our database to link future quotes / communications.
Why is the data being collected?
We collect data as part of a standard business sales procedure. We may need to contact a customer by email or telephone about a query with an order/delivery or problems with a payment or an upcoming meeting. We may also make contact to see if orders are required.
Who will it be shared with?
We do not share data at all with any 3rd parties with the exception of the suppliers required to fulfill an order such as the couriers/partners who will be delivering the order or our designers who are preparing a branding opportunity on our products. Each of these partners are trusted and have their own privacy policies in place.
How do we store your data?
We store all client information within our Kashflow system that is password protected and also is backed up to an encrypted, password protected cloud storage system. We also use Romancart, which is also password protected, to process and store contact information, we keep this as clean and secure as the technology allows. Some data is also saved on the company cloud storage system which is also encrypted and password protected.
How long will your data be kept for?
We store data indefinitely, so that for any subsequent purchases or quote requests we are able to link them back to a single unique record that we hold on our system.
How you can access and update your information?
You have a right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in this data corrected or deleted at any time by contacting: 01626 207064 and emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
