Rust Converter
Vactan
VACTAN
is a rust converter that neutralises the corrosion process by
converting the rust into a metallo-organic complex which
passivates the surface. It then further protects the surface
by forming a film with low permeability to water vapour and
oxygen.

rust converter can be used in the following areas:
Manufacturing, Agriculture, Automotive, Local Authority, Road
Haulage,
Chemical,
Marine, Heavy Engineering, Building and Construction, DIY,
etc.
VACTAN
VACTAN
rust converter has been designed for application by spray
and brush.
VACTAN
can be applied over damp surfaces and dries quickly under
suitable temperature and humidity conditions.
VACTAN
will be touch dry in approximately 10 minutes at 20'C.
VACTAN
may be coated when cured with any conventional paint using
brush, roller or spray.
VACTAN
has been tested and certified as fit for use for the use for
the carriage of grain and use in potable water systems. It may
also be used in sensitive foodstuff areas.
VACTAN
is non-flammable
and can be regarded as essentially non-hazardous under normal
use.
